TPEE简介:
TPEE具有高强度、高弹性、耐油、耐酸碱、耐高温、耐辐射,动态力学性能特优等特性;使用温度范围为-50℃~+180℃,硬度范围30-75D,分为高性能级、挤出级、吹塑级、阻燃级和改性级。
产品通过SGS认证,UL认证。不含重金属,PBB和PBDE,符合欧盟ROHS指令;阻燃系列产品可达到UL-94 V-0级,氧指数27,介电强度20MV/m,体积电阻率大于1×1010Ω.m。
TPEE(热塑性聚酯弹性体)是含有聚酯硬段和聚醚软段的嵌段共聚物。其中聚醚软段和未结晶的聚酯形成无定形相聚酯硬段部分结晶形成结晶微区,起物理交联点的作用。TPEE具有橡胶的弹性和工程塑料的强度;软段赋予它弹性,使它象橡胶;硬段赋予它加工性能,使它象塑料;与橡胶相比,它具有更好的加工性能和更长的使用寿命;与工程料相比,同样具有强度高的特点,而柔韧性和动态力学性能更好
性能特点
TPEE性能特点
高性能级:结构强度高、耐蠕变性好、回弹性优异、抗冲和耐弯曲疲劳、耐磨、尺寸稳定。在低温时具有柔韧性,在高温下也能保持良好的性能。除此而外,它还能抵制许多工业化学品、油和溶剂导致的腐蚀。
挤出级:除具有高性能级的特点外,熔体强度更好,专用于挤出成型。
吹塑级:除具有高性能级的特点外,还具有良好的熔体强度。
改性级:是多元嵌段共聚物,是优良的塑料改性剂,用于改进POM、PBT的抗冲性。
阻燃级:是高性能级与自制阻燃母料共混物,以满足材料阻燃的要求。

Methods: TPEE can be produced easily by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, rotational molding, melt casting and other thermoplastic processing methods. Depending on the processing method and the type of polymer, it can be processed from 177 °C to 260 °C. All grades have a clear melting point and excellent melt stability. TPEE is resistant to Hydrolysis, does not react with moisture in the air, it has weak water absorption, in order to make the piece perfect, need to dry before use, although moisture content is below 0.1% , extrusion and molding processing will not produce defects. TPEE degrades at high temperatures in the presence of acidic media. Therefore, TPEE can not be combined with acid additives. The viscosity of TPEE is not sensitive to shear rate, especially at low shear rate (E. G. extrusion) . The product must be dried for 4 ~ 6 hours in an air blast oven at 80 ~ 110 °C before processing. The recycled material can be mixed with the new material, but the dosage should not exceed 25% . INJECTION MOLDING: THE MATERIAL TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE 5 ~ 15 °C higher than the product melting range, mold temperature is 20 ~ 50 °C, injection pressure is 60 ~ 100 MPA, injection speed is medium and low. Extrusion blow molding: The ratio of screw length to diameter is 24∶1, the barrel temperature should be higher than the product melting range 5 ~ 10 °C.
