      脉冲阀分为直角脉冲阀和淹没式脉冲阀
      直角脉冲阀工作原理
      高压气从进气口接入, 进入下气室,1、当脉冲阀未得电时,气体通过上下两壳体的恒压管道以及其中的节流孔进入减压室,由于阀芯在弹簧的作用下堵住泄压孔,气体不会排出,令减压室和下气室的压力一致,而在弹簧作用下,膜片将喷吹口堵住,气体不会冲出。2、当脉冲阀得电时,阀芯在电磁力作用下向上抬起,泄压孔打开,气体喷出,由于恒压管道节流孔的作用,泄压孔的流出速度大于减压室恒压管气体的流入速度,令减压室压力低于下气室的压力,下气室的气体将膜片顶起,打开喷吹口,进行气体喷吹。
      淹没式脉冲阀工作原理
      其结构和直角脉冲阀基本一致,只是没有进气口,直接以气包作为它的下气室,其原理也是一样。

      工作原理  电磁阀里有密闭的腔,在不同位置开有通孔,每个孔连接不同的油管,腔中间是活塞,两面是两块电磁铁,哪面的磁铁线圈通电阀体就会被吸引到哪边,通过控制阀体的移动来开启或关闭不同的排油孔,而进油孔是常开的,液压油就会进入不同的排油管,然后通过油的压力来推动油缸的活塞,活塞又带动活塞杆,活塞杆带动机械装置。这样通过控制电磁铁的电流通断就控制了机械运动。

      Emerson in 1988 buys Joucomatic, Europe's leading name in pneumatic valves, and combines it into the ASCO family.

      ASCO NumaticsIn 2008 ASCO and Numatics, companies of Emerson Industrial Automation, merged operations in North America to form ASCO Numatics -- a unified company that offers comprehensive flow control and pneumatics solutions for a wide range of industry-focused applications.
      In 1968, ASCO introduced a unique core tube deep drawn from stainless steel. The plugnut is pressed into the tube, and the top of the tube crimped to hold the assembly together. Since the drawn core tube could not be threaded to accept a retaining nut, as was common practice at the time, a plastic retaining cap was designed to perform the function. It was decided to use bright red for the retaining cap as natural nylon soon discolored in an industrial environment. The ASCO “RedHat” was born, and today is one of the most widely recognized brands in industrial and process plants.
