PLCopen库的应用举例
　　例1:印刷机的控制开发
　　对于印刷机械而言，其核心在于印刷套色，基于PLCopen的库，我们可以通过图中的功能块RegMarkCapture001来进行色标的抓取，通过RegMarkCacl001进行色标偏差的计算和解耦算法，并通过Offset进行相位偏移的控制输出，这三个功能块可以实现对印刷的套色计算和控制，结合速度控制模块、扭矩控制实现对张力控制的计算。
　　除了应用于凹版印刷机的套色控制，PLCopen在柔版、商业轮转机等高性能卷筒纸印刷领域也得到了广泛应用，大大降低了开发周期。
　　例2：PLCopen库在旋盖控制中的应用
　在啤酒饮料灌装系统中，如何实现更高效且高品质的旋盖控制，即可借助于PLCopen的库：
　　对于旋盖而言，角度控制MC_MoveAdditive可以提高速度，它可以确保旋盖过程以极大的速度进行，但是，却不能保障每个旋盖动作的扭矩控制质量，通过TorqueControl模块，可以确保每个瓶盖的相同力矩，确保旋盖质量的一致性，但是，TorqueControl却会降低效率，因为不能过高的速度，否则会将瓶子损坏。
　　因此，通过MC_MoveAdditive和MC_BR_TorqueControl的混合使用可以确保高品质同时高速的旋盖控制。
　　例3：PLCopen Safety安全库的应用
　　仍然以啤酒饮料灌装设备来看，对于高速运转的机器，必须考虑人身的安全以及设备的运行安全，尤其是对连续生产的智能产线而言，其由吹瓶、清洗、灌装、旋盖、贴标、膜包等一系列流程构成，如果某个单元出现安全动作，则整个生产线将因此停滞，带来巨大的潜在浪费，而SLS和STO可以解决这一问题，通过PLCopen Safety库设计，我们可以实现两个安全功能来确保生产效率与安全的平衡。
　　1. SLS降低产线速度，低速运行的机器将会带给人身风险的极大下降，通常在人员进入机器的安全区则速度下降，如从10m/S的线速度下降到0.5m/S，则会大幅度降低传动设备对人身的潜在伤害，而同时产线并不会因此停止带来再开机的成本以及在制品的浪费。
　　2. STO，通过伺服驱动的待机状态，在人员进入工作区，仅切断力矩输出，而不切断电源，确保机器处于安全状态，在人员离开后，重新启动工作，从当前位置继续。
　　此两者均是基于生产效率与安全的平衡设计，可以通过PLCopen的Safety库软件设计来实现
