SHENG HONG油泵VP-20-FA3体小量轻,使用方便,工作压力高。2、单级泵站:结构简单,可获得较大的工作压力。3、双级泵站:低压时,高,低压泵同时供油,可获得较大的输出流量;高压时,低压泵经卸荷溢流阀自动空载回油。减少功率消耗。4、保压功能:在外油路无泄漏的情况下,停泵保压5分钟,额定压力下降不超过5Mpa。在低速运转时泵内泄漏严重;高速运转时,泵压力稍有提高,但由于泵的磨损及内泄,容积效率显着下降,很难达到额定压力。液压泵长时间工作又加剧了磨损,油温升高,由此造成液压元件磨损及密封件的老化、损坏,丧失密封能力,液压油变质,最后导致故障发生。
