矢量控制技术通过坐标变换,将三相系统等效变换为M-T两相系统,将交流电机定子电流矢量分解成两个直流分量(即磁通分量和转矩分量),从而达到分别控制交流电动机的磁通和转矩的目的,因而可获得与直流调速系统同样好的控制效果。
矢量控制系统采用双闭环控制系统,图1是其矢量控制系统框图。
本系统中由测量所得的电机转速,通过矢量运算器产生磁场定向定子电流分量给定值和滑差角频度给定值和测量所得的电机转速经过积分运算可得转子磁通位置角θ,并送至旋转变换环节。由测得的电流经矢量变换得到转矩电流分量iM和励磁电流分量iT,利用
