本仪器是一种便携式测量仪,它能快速、无损伤、精密地进行涂、镀层厚度的测量。既可用于实验室,也可用于工程现场。通过使用不同的测头,还可满足多种测量的需要。本仪器能广泛地应用在制造业、金属加工业、化工业、商检等检测领域。是材料保护专业必备的仪器。本仪器符合以下标准: GB/T 4956─1985 磁性金属基体上非磁性覆盖层厚度测量 磁性方法 GB/T 4957─1985 非磁性金属基体上非导电覆盖层厚度测量 涡流方法 JB/T 8393─1996 磁性和涡流式覆层厚度测量仪 JJG 889─95 《磁阻法测厚仪》 JJG 818─93 《电涡流式测厚仪》
功能特点:
本仪器采用了磁性和涡流两种测厚方法,可无损地测量磁性金属基体(如钢、铁、合金和硬磁性钢等)上非磁性覆盖层的厚度(如锌、铝、铬、铜、橡胶、油漆等)及非磁性金属基体(如铜、铝、锌、锡等)上非导电覆盖层的厚度(如:橡胶、油漆、塑料、阳极氧化膜等)。
可使用7 种测头(F400、F1、F1/90°、F10、CN02、N1)
具有两种测量方式:连续测量方式(CONTINUE)和单次测量方式(SINGLE);
具有两种工作方式:直接方式(DIRECT)和成组方式(A-B);
设有五个统计量:平均值(MEAN)、最大值(MAX)、最小值(MIN)、测试次数(NO.)、标准偏差(S.DEV);
可采用两种方法对仪器进行校准,并可用基本校准法对测头的系统误差进行修正;
具有存贮功能:可存贮495 个测量值;
具有删除功能:对测量中出现的单个可疑数据进行删除,也可删除存贮区内的所有数据,以便进行新的测量;
可设置限界:对限界外的测量值能自动报警;并可用直方图对一批测量值进行分析;
具有打印功能:可打印测量值、统计值、限界、直方图;
具有与PC 机通讯的功能:可将测量值、统计值传输至PC 机,以便对数据进行进一步处理;
具有电源欠压指示功能;
操作过程有蜂鸣声提示;
具有错误提示功能,通过屏显或蜂鸣声进行错误提示;
设有两种关机方式:手动关机方式和自动关机方式

Function characteristics:
This instrument uses a magnetic and eddy current twokinds of thickness measurement, nondestructive measurement can be magnetic metal (such as steel, iron,alloy steel and hard magnetic and non-magnetic)thickness of coating layer (such as zinc, aluminum,chromium, copper, rubber, paint and so on) and non magnetic metal (such as copper aluminum, zinc, tin, etc.)of non-conductive cover layer thickness (such as: rubber,paint, plastic, anodizing etc.).
Can use 7 kinds of sensors (F400, F1, F1/90 °, F10,CN02, N1)
With two measurement mode: continuous measurement of mode (CONTINUE) and single measurement(SINGLE);
Has two operation modes: direct mode (DIRECT) andburst mode (A-B);
With five statistics: Average (MEAN) (MAX), maximum value, minimum value (MIN), the number of tests (NO.),standard deviation (S.DEV);
Can adopt two kinds of methods of calibration, systemerrors on the measuring head and available basic calibration method was modified;
With storage function: can be stored 495 measurements;
Has a delete function: single suspicious datameasurements appear to delete, can also delete all data within the storage area, in order to carry out new measure;
Can set the gauge: to gauge measurements can automatically alarm; and can be used for a number of measured values of the histogram analysis;
Has the capability to print: print measurement, statistical value, histogram, threshold;
With PC communication function: the measurement,statistical values are transmitted to the PC machine, in order to further processing of data;
Has undervoltage indication function;
Operation beep prompt;
With error function, error indicating that the screen display or hum;
Equipped with two kinds of mode: manual shutdown shutdown and automatic shutdown mode
