本仪器是一种超小型测量仪,它能快速、无损伤、精密地进行非磁性金属基体上非导电覆盖层厚度测量。可广泛用于制造业、金属加工业、化工业、商检等检测领域。由于该仪器体积小、测头与仪器一体化,特别适用于工程现场测量。
本仪器符合以下标准:
GB/T 4957─1985 非磁性金属基体上非导电覆盖层厚度测量 涡流方法
JB/T 8393─1996 磁性和涡流式覆层厚度测量仪
JJG 818─93 《电涡流式测厚仪》
功能特点:
本仪器采用了涡流测厚法,可无损伤地测量非磁性金属基体上非导电覆盖层的厚度(如铜、铝、锌、锡等基底上的珐琅、橡胶、油漆镀层)
可进行零点校准及二点校准,并可用基本校准法对测头的系统误差进行修正;
具有两种测量方式:连续测量方式(CONTINUE)和单次测量方式(SINGLE);
具有两种工作方式:直接方式(DIRECT)和成组方式(Appl)
具有删除功能:对测量中出现的单个可疑数据进行删除,也可删除存贮区内的所有数据,以便进行新的测量;
设有五个统计量:平均值(MEAN)、最大值(MAX)、最小值(MIN)、测试次数(NO.)、标准偏差(S.DEV);
具有米、英制转换功能;
具有打印功能,可打印测量值、统计值;
具有欠压指示功能;
操作过程有蜂鸣声提示;
具有错误提示功能;

This instrument is a super small measuring instrument, it can fast, no damage, precision of non magnetic metal non conductive cover layer thickness measurement. Can be widely used in manufacturing industry, metal processing industry, chemical industry, commodity inspection and testing field. Due to the small size of the apparatus, probe and instrument integration, especially suitable for field engineering measurement.
This instrument meets the following criteria:
GB/T 4957 - 1985 of non magnetic metal non conductive cover layer thickness measurement of eddy currentmethod
JB/T 8393 - 1996 magnetic and eddy current measuring instrument for coating thickness
JJG 818 - 93 "eddy current thickness measuring instrument"
Function characteristics:
This instrument adopts eddy current thickness method,can be nondestructively measuring non-conductive coverlayer thickness of the non magnetic metal (such ascopper, aluminum, zinc, tin and other substrate enamel,rubber, paint coatings)
For zero calibration and two point calibration, systemerrors on the measuring head and available basic calibration method was modified;
With two measurement mode: continuous measurement of mode (CONTINUE) and single measurement(SINGLE);
Has two operation modes: direct mode (DIRECT) andburst mode (Appl)
Has a delete function: single suspicious datameasurements appear to delete, can also delete all data within the storage area, in order to carry out new measure;
With five statistics: Average (MEAN) (MAX), maximum value, minimum value (MIN), the number of tests (NO.),standard deviation (S.DEV);
With meters, metric conversion function;
With print function, print measurement, statistical value;
Has undervoltage indication function;
