THI100布氏测量系统
将CCD摄像镜头对准布氏压痕，该压痕图像被采集传输至计算平台(PC机或工控机)，运用“时代THI100布氏测量软件”精确定位测量压痕直径，并根据测量参数(球头直径、载荷等)直接得出对应的布氏值。
功能特点：
1、布氏压痕高精度测量。THI100配备先进CCD，高扫描分辨率，最高可以得到3.5µm精度的压痕读数。
2、在测量参数选定后，直接显示布氏值，无须查表换算，节省查询对比表的时间。
3、可以显示X轴、Y轴直径，可以对非正圆压痕的进行测量，方便对小口径轴类工件硬度的测量分析。
4、以图片格式存储并显示压痕，方便在大量测量时先采样后算值。
5、符合标准：ISO 6506, ASTM E10， GB/T231

THI100 Brinell measurement system
