TH700数显维氏硬度计Hardness tester
维氏硬度是用正四棱锥形压痕单位表面积上承受的平均压力表示的硬度值。
在规定的试验力作用下，将对面夹角为136°的正四棱锥体金刚石压头压入表面，并保持规定的时间，然后去除试验力。这样，在表面上压出一个四方锥形的压痕，测量压痕两条对角线的平均长度， 计算出压痕面积，从而得出硬度值。
可以实现从软到硬对各种材料进行连续的硬度标定。比如：
▲广泛应用于测试金属结构，包括微小的零件、薄板、金属箔、电线、薄硬化层和电镀层。
▲还可用于测试诸如玻璃、珠宝和陶瓷等用大试验力无法测试的材料。
